Sign in to your PABAA account and dashboard
How PABAA sign-in works
One account holds your purchases, license keys, projects and support tickets.
A link instead of a password
Press Account at the top of any page and enter your email address. We send a one-time login link, and opening it signs you in.
Your partner dashboard
After you sign in, your dashboard lists your purchases, license keys, projects, tasks and support tickets in one place.
License keys in one place
Once a payment is confirmed, your license key and the plugin download appear in My Licenses, with the sites where the key is active.
A second step for staff
Staff accounts can be asked to confirm each sign-in with a second step. The site owner decides which roles need it.
An alert for each new sign-in
After a sign-in, the account owner can get an alert by email or in the dashboard, with the date, the device, the browser and the place.
Sign out of other devices
From My Profile you can end every other session with one click, for example after you used a shared or borrowed computer.
Who signs in where
PABAA has two kinds of accounts. Buyers and partners use the login link at the top of every page: press Account, enter your email address, and open the link we send you. The link signs you in once and then stops working.
Staff members sign in at the private address of their role. The site owner shares those addresses with the team, and they are never listed on public pages, so this page does not show them. If you work on the team and lost yours, ask the person who manages your account.
What you find after the login
Your partner dashboard brings your account together. My Purchases lists your orders and plans, My Licenses holds your license keys and downloads, and Support Tickets keeps every conversation with our team in one thread.
If you work with us on a project, the Projects and My Tasks pages show its milestones and tasks. You can send requests and join the discussion there too. My Profile holds your name, your photo, your language and your time zone.
Keeping your account safe
A sign-in link is personal, so do not forward the email that holds it. Each new sign-in can send an alert with the device, the browser and the place, so a sign-in you do not recognise is easy to spot. From My Profile you can sign out of every other device at once.
Staff accounts can be asked for a second step at every login, a method known as multi-factor authentication. The site owner chooses which roles need it in the security settings.
When the link does not arrive
Check your spam folder first, and make sure you typed the email address you used at checkout. You can ask for a fresh link at any time. If it still does not arrive, open a ticket in the Support Center with just your email address, and a person will reply.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a password for the login?
No. Buyers and partners sign in with a one-time link sent to their email address, so there is no password to remember.

I work on the team. Where do I sign in?
At the private sign-in address of your role. The site owner shares it with you, and it is never published on the site.
