PABAA Terms of Service and Licence Rules
The short version
A plain summary of the terms below. Where the two differ, the full text governs.
Licensed, not sold
A PABAA licence lets you run the software on the number of sites your tier allows. Ownership of the software stays with PABAA.
Your content is yours
Everything you generate, publish or store through PABAA belongs to you. We claim no rights over it, and it stays on your hosting.
Pay per term
Licences renew for the term you chose. Cancel before renewal, and no further payment is taken for the next term.
Either side can leave
You may stop using PABAA at any time. We may end a licence for the breaches listed in section 8 of the full text below.
Refunds within 14 days
If the software does not work substantially as described and we cannot fix it, you can ask for a refund of that term. Contact support within 14 days of purchase. Section 4 lists the exceptions.
Prices fixed per term
A price change applies only to future terms, with notice before renewal. It never applies to a term you have already paid for.
These terms explain what you get with a PABAA licence and what we ask of you in return. If anything is unclear, ask on the support page before you buy. For how we handle personal data, read our privacy policy. New to agreements like this? Here is a short overview of what terms of service are.
1. Definitions
"PABAA", "we" and "us" mean the operator of this software. "You" means the individual or organisation holding a licence. "Software" means the PABAA Sales System and any module distributed with it. "Site" means one WordPress installation on one domain.
2. Licence grant
On payment we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run the Software on up to the number of Sites your tier permits. The licence lasts for the term you purchased and may be renewed. You may modify the Software for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute it, in original or modified form, without written permission.
3. Payment and renewal
Fees are shown at checkout in the stated currency and are payable in advance. Licences renew at the end of each term unless cancelled beforehand. We may change pricing for future terms with notice before renewal; a change never applies retroactively to a term already paid.
4. Refunds
If the Software does not function substantially as described and we cannot resolve the fault, contact support within 14 days of purchase for a refund of that term. Refunds are not available where a licence key has been issued and used to activate production sites, or where the request concerns a feature that was accurately described before purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Software to publish unlawful material, to impersonate another person or business, to send unsolicited bulk email, or to generate content that infringes another party's rights. You are responsible for reviewing anything the AI modules produce before you publish it.
6. Your data
The Software runs on hosting you control and stores its data in your database. We do not have access to it. Where a module contacts an external service, that exchange is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Warranties and liability
The Software is provided as is. We warrant that it will perform substantially as documented, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Software at any time. We may suspend or terminate a licence if fees go unpaid, if the acceptable use section is breached, or if the licence is redistributed contrary to section 2. On termination the licence ends; content you generated remains yours and stays on your hosting.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes take effect for your next renewal, not mid-term. The revision date below shows when this text last changed.
Frequently asked questions
How many sites does one licence cover?
Whatever your tier states, from a single site up to twenty-five on Enterprise. The number is enforced by the licence key itself.
Can I move a licence to a different domain?
Yes. Deactivate the licence on the old site and activate it on the new one; the seat is freed immediately.
What happens to my content if I stop paying?
It stays exactly where it is. Everything lives in your own WordPress install and database, and none of it is removed when a licence lapses.
Questions about these terms?
Open a ticket and a person will answer. We would rather clarify before you buy than argue afterwards.
