One admin workspace for sales, content and support

What the admin workspace covers

Each area has its own menu, and each person sees only the areas their role allows.

  • Orders and licences

Orders, payments, license keys and subscriptions sit together, so a question about a purchase has one answer.

  • Pages, posts and media

Build pages from blocks, write posts in a classic editor, and keep every image in one Media Library.

  • Marketing

Automations, email campaigns, lead funnels and smart popups run from the same place as the leads they serve.

  • Projects and tasks

Work and Solutions keeps projects, milestones and tasks, with the requests and the discussion of the partners who follow them.

  • Support tickets

Tickets and chatbot handovers arrive in one queue with the full conversation, so nobody has to ask a customer twice.

  • Reports and settings

Reports show visits, conversions and chatbot insights, and Settings holds every switch, grouped by area.

Who uses the admin

The admin is for the people who run PABAA day to day. Each staff member has a role, such as Admin, Sales Manager, Content Manager or Employee. A permission matrix, a form of role-based access control, decides what each role may see and change in every module.

Every right is checked on the server for each request, not only hidden in the menu. A page someone may not use is refused even when its address is typed by hand. The change history records who changed which record, and when.

How staff sign in

Each staff role signs in at its own private address, which the site owner shares with the team. Those addresses are never published, and this page does not list them. A role can also be asked for a second step at sign-in, and each new sign-in can send an alert with the device and the place.

If you are on the team and already signed in, this address opens your dashboard. If your session has ended, sign in again at the address of your role. Buyers and partners do not use the admin: their account lives in the partner dashboard, which they reach from the Account button.

Finding your way around the admin

The sidebar groups the work into areas such as Operations, Work and Solutions, Marketing and Reports. A search box at the top of the sidebar finds any menu entry as you type, and the command palette, opened with Ctrl+K, jumps to pages, settings and records in one step.

Settings are grouped the same way, from System and Configurations to Payment and API and Advanced. Each change is saved with its own Save button, and the confirmation appears right next to it. To learn how roles and logs work, read about the admin tools.
